Shocking service all roung

I have been with Vodacom for 14 years. I even have a VIP status. In around July I took out a contract on a laptop. I stipulated what I needed it for and the speed and space I would need to run my business. In the 4 months that I have had it I have been unable to use it. It won't let me run my programmes. i took it back and at a click of a button worked. A week later I wouldn't work. Took it back, was told to take it into a computer shop at my expense. My debit orders then go off monthly. In September everything was fine, Oct my debit order was stopped. Not by myself. I presumed they would take off double the following month to find that in fact they blocked all devices. I then get a phone call from Vodacom from a very arrogant individual telling me that I need to pay X amount and go to fnb to reinstate my debit order. I then go to FNB to be told that it is not their job to do that and vodacom must do that. I then go to the mall, wait for ever to be told that they cannot help. They then give me numbers to call bearing in mind that my phones are all blocked. In the meantime all the outstanding amounts are up to date. They then tell me three hours before the account is unblocked. It is almost 3 days and nothing. I am even unable to call to cancel my contracts which nobody in store could assist me with. I am done with Vodacom. I got a call from headoffice to say I was not VIP status having been with them for 14 years and said he would organise me a laptop. Still waiting a month later. Nobody know what is going on like the rest of the country
