Shocking service

Phone started freezing in Mozambique
About two weeks went by, before I could get back to SA
We were going on holiday to Thailand, I had to give my phone in and no care that I am going away and have no phone.
Got back three weeks later, go straight to VW pick up my fixed phone. I was hardly at home, when the phone started freezing.
I took it back the next. I had to delay my flight back to Mozambique, as I could not go back with no phone.
And I kept on getting told “lets just book the phone in”,,, you do not get it, how many times have I booked this phone in already and nothing is getting done.
So then I put my foot down and said I need a loan phone.
I was due to go back to SA to collect a puppy. So some serious planning was going on, as I could not fetch the puppy the day I arrived in SA as I knew I need to first do my shopping, collect my phone and fetch the pup on Saturday.
I don’t know how much more I am meant to take, but this phone froze on me while I was talking to the breeder to get directions. I ended up driving around and around, to try and find the property. I found it eventually, 2 hours later..
I was meeting a friend who wanted to meet the puppy. But had to cancel our date as I was so late in the end, and I had to rush to a friend to use her phone to make this call and two others.
Okay, so now its Sunday. I need to go back to Vodaworld with a puppy!!!!!!!!!! I find a close parking to the door, I leave all my car windows slightly open and rush in. I am hardly in the shop when security is at the door looking for the person who has a dog in the car. There is a customer at my car, freaking out at me I am so distressed as I have to get my phone and then to crown it all, they will not let me take the dog in with me.
So I find out what time they close, rush back all the way to Menlo Park which is about 35k’s away. Drop the puppy off with a friend and rush back to VW.
And they are so chuffed with themselves as they claim they have fixed my phone. So I ask the guy behind the desk, to please do this and that on the phone and while he is loading all my stuff, the PHONE FREEZE’S. But this phone is fixed!!
So I told him I am not taking the phone back with me to Moz, please could I talk to a Supervisor. I get to speaking to a Mr Devin Pillay, who absolutely refuses to hear my story and insists that they book the phone back in. And by the way the phone is still under warrantee.
No I have had enough. So I agree to this after a long debate. And I told him I will be fetching the phone they can courier it to me. Mr Pillay says, “not a problem at all”…
Two or so weeks go by, I get an email from Mr Pillay to say my phone is ready for collection.
I asked him about the agreement of the phone being couriered to me, his answer was RAM does not deliver to Mozambique.
A courier was not a problem when I told him that I cannot and will not fetch the phone.
We ended up having a huge argument on the phone,, yes this cheeky guy arguing with a customer. I asked him to please not make his problems mine, as our agreement was that the phone will be couriered to me. He kept on saying RAM does not deliver to Mozambique… I had to keep on telling him, “you are listing to me”. He has the cheek to tell me I am not listing to him. I ended up putting the phone down on him, as I was fighting a losing battle.
I have left the matter to see if I would get an email from him or somebody superior to him, but up until today, I have not heard from anybody at Vodaworld. This all started in April-August 2016..
