Shocking service

My in-laws were both terminally ill so in July I went into the hillcrest store and call the call centre to check the process for which I need to cancel their contracts.

They died in September and we had their memorial service on the 17th of September 2016. On the 22nd of September I called the call centre to confirm I was sending the cancellation details and death certificates with I sent to Legal on the same day.

On the 12th of October I resent the email following up waiting for some feedback. So I called and spoke to retentions who asked me to send the same email which I did the same day.

I head from someone who said they would follow up and hear nothing. On the 31st of October I went into the hillcrest store to check up on the progress to find out that they had changed systems and that there was no notes or changes.

I then called the call centre from the store on my own phone and held and held and held and got cut off with no one calling me back. The store said that there was nothing that they could do to assist.

So once again I email retentions threatening to go onto hello peter if I don’t hear by last week and still nothing. I am very upset as Vodacom is still billing for the phones and the account is going to freeze.

I still have not had a response or call and today is the 9th of November.

The cell numbers are ********** 524 and ********** 912
