Shocking Service

<p>I went to Vodacom East Rand mall on the 26th Sept 2016 and requested cancellation of my data contract only to be told that they couldn,t do it in store and i had to call ********** .</p> <p>Mention is made that you can cancel a data contract in store at Cell C , just another reason that Cell C are far better than Vodacom.</p> <p>I phoned them 27th Sept 2016 and tried 3 times , each time holding on for 15 min at a time. Eventually i got through to Thomas and he advised he cannot generate a cancellation quote between 26th and3rd monthly. So i phoned again today , again waiting indefinately for someone to take my call. Eventually Lelo answers my call but then DROPS MY CALL!!!!!!!!</p> <p>When you are left hanging on the line you here this constant message please wait on line after the call to rate the service, but then you already know you are going to rate their service very poorly. How am i supposed to get my contract cancelled if Vodacom cannot help me in store nor can they handle a call properly?????!!!!!!</p>
