shocking service

<p>Shocking service from both in store and customer service over the better portion of a week u have not come into contact with one of your employees that has even been interested in helping me sort out my problems. All of them seem to pass the buck. Or give me information that the other says is incorrect. I have never experienced such bad service consistently from any company and certainly will be passing in this information.</p>
