SHOCKING SERVICE

Shocking Service from a rude and unprofessional sales representative from vodashop Clearwater mall Daniel Barnes, yesterday bought a screen protector R249.00,for my Galaxy Note 4, unfortunately they stuck it wrongly obstructing the selfie camera and pictures were blurred, took it back this morning, they tried to rectify it but to no avail leaving bubbles, the manager intervened provided another one ,had I known gave this other guy Daniel stuck it own even worse than before ,I told him listen the reason we are doing this is to avoid bubbles ,in a rude way nothing I can do about it, left me waiting for almost an hour without help, just decided to take his name and walked away, now my screen is with bubbles even worse still the screen is lifting up, it might not be thousands but respect to customers is uttermost important, if he cannot deal with customers he is in a wrong job, and a disappointment to Vodacom reputation,
