Shocking service

On 23 - 24/03/2016 i was called by one of the Vodacom sales consultant by the name Nontobeko who offered me a Samsung S5 phone on contract. She advised that she was calling on behalf on Elite group as they are a service provider for Vodacom. I even received a confirmation that it was approved. Then 29/03/2016 i was surprised when the delivery guy delivered the parcel and i only found out that they sent a wrong phone Samsang J1, called the number *** their switchboard and had to hold for more than 20 minutes inoder to advise them of the wrong order. Such schocking service. My order number is ***2. I need them to collect their phone and cancell the contract as it is null and void, misleading service
