Shocking Service!

I have recently had two extremely negative experiences with Vodacom, and the shocking customer service received on both occasions has forced me into considering cancelling my contract. In addition to these incidents, on both occasions my point of contact at Vodacom can only be described as completely apathetic. I did not even get as little as an \I am sorry for the inconvenience". This complacent attitude of Vodacom employees has actually caused more frustration than the initial incidents"
