SHOCKING SERVICE
I recently took in my device - Sony M2 Aqua through to repairs on Monday the 27/07/2015, as the device switched off completely and had no display even though there seemed to be a flashing light.

I was advised that the device had to be taken in as per the consultant, and they would notify me via sms if I could receive it the following day, bear in mind I have just given in my device which is solely used for all functions including sms's, however I provided an alternative number which was inconvenient.

An sms the next day advised the device would be ready in 5 working days, as they are awaiting a part. We have received no other feedback from Vodacom, I have been trying endlessly to contact the repair centre from the previous week and the phone just rings, I sent through an email to [Email Removed] only to be advised after a while that the part has not been received and will take another week, fyi - no reason as to why this has happened to the device but that a loan device can be offered.

This is even more shocking as I visited the offices on the 04/08/2015, I agreed to the loan device and shockingly was handed a look a like Samsung alcaltel??????
