Shocking Service!!!
I received a call from Mondo Vodacom on the 10th October to inform me that I am up for an upgrade. The process was completed. I presume that the consultants work on commission?? No one told me that there was no stock of this tablet that I had just been offered!!!!! It is now 2 weeks down the line and I still can't get ANYONE to tell me how long it is going to take for stock to arrive. Mondo Vodacom say it's Ram Couriers problem and Ram Couriers tell me that Vodacom have provided no information. I am beyond irritated. I want answers today
