Shocking Service
It has been 2 weeks now that Vodacom business / Onenet has not resolved our problem we are having with our lines. Everytime we phone we are on hold for 30 - 45min before getting through to an operator. The person will say they are going to resolve the matter and send an email to confirm. When we finally got a response on email with the request we made it was still not correct. Then when we explained again what the problem is via email we get no response. Our business is suffering as our calls are not always coming through and calls are dropping. The service level is shocking.
