Shocking service
Battling to chance my husbands email address for last 5 months. You keep on sending log in details and statements to old address. We have asked on numerous occations please change it. And still not you are absoluty pathetic. You keep cutting off his phone for non payment but it is impossible for us to check how much is outstanding due to your INCOMPETENCE!
