SHOCKING SERVICE

Have just received an SMS saying my Vodacom WIG has been activated!!! I have no idea what it is and trying to get hold of anyone to explain or deactivate it is impossible, as usual dealing with them is a nightmare. I want it deactivated and if there are any costs incurred want them reversed.
