Shocking Service

Dear Vodacom. I logged a telephonic complaint twice without the decency of a response. I phoned your call centre on 8 March 2017 and spoke to the most arrogant Service Centre Consultant called Shaun and eventually insisted on being transferred to where I can lodge a complaint. I spoke to Kapani who supp**** me with a reference number: 1- ********** ********** and a promise that I will be contacted in 2 working days. After no response (no surprize there) I phoned again on 15/3/2017 and spoke to Samantha who promised I will still be contacted the same day. Guess what….no response! I have been transferred to Vodacom when Autopage was taken over and these type of issues are exactly the reason why I choose not to deal with Vodacom directly in the first place!!! For the past 2 months a received SMS’s that my account is in arrears. I have a debit order agreement and yet you do not debit the due amount? During the first complaint logged I was informed this was a system error but then this happened AGAIN the next month? The service received to date has been nothing less that shocking!!!
