Shocking service !!!

<p>Not going to tell the whole sad story but want to say that the service at Vodacom is just unbelievably bad! After being a client for many years with several Vodacom contracts my service was cut with no warning after a dispute of which I have up till now not received feedback. Have now been waiting 6 hours for service to be re-instated and still nothing. Vodacom is very quick to cut service but when we have issues with them, they take there time, show absolutely no empathy, and expect you as the customer to keep calling them. I wish it was so easy for me as the customer to cut my contract because I would have done that long ago.</p>
