SHOCKING! rewardsco contract centres(voddir)-rwrdc

If I could rate a zero I would. I have wasted so much time trying to rectify issues. I called in about a month ago to purchase a recurring bundle and a helpful gentleman arranged it and then advised I call back at the end of September to cancel the Vodacom add-on. All good. I called Vodacom end of Sep and a new guy magically misconstrues the message resulting in a new 24month contract on a different number!! Outrageous! The email I received states the dealer name: rewardsco contract centres(voddir)-rwrdc
