Shocking response!!

Hi raised a query with Vodacom on the 8 January 2021. Vodacom provided a reply on the 11 January 2021, which was (for want of a better word), aweful!

I posted the below response on the 12th, and have yet to get a response. The link to my original post is here (https://www.hellopeter.com/vodacom/reviews/vodacom-confirms-internal-*****-occurs-yet-the-customer-must-run-around-and-fix-it-***)

Dear Vodacom,

Thank you for your reply. However, your reply does not address any of the questions I asked. Please could you also ensure you respond to my questions raised.

Your reply details the process the customer must go through in order to dispute the ***** claim.

We will email the ***** department as per your process. In order to get a SAPS case number, we will be required to give SAPS the full details of the *****. Therefore, please could you provide the following recordings: 1. A copy of the call in which the sim swop was effected. 2. A copy of the call in which my mother contacted you regarding the *****. 3. A copy of any follow up calls by my mother to Vodacom.

I trust I will receive this information by no later than the close of business on Friday, 15 January 2021.

If the calls were not recorded, or if the calls are not available, please send the transcript of the call and /or the detailed notes Vodacom has on their system regarding the calls.

Kind regards

Carla Antonie
