Shocking ongoing lack of customer service

I am supposed to receive a monthly tax invoice via email for my data account on my cell phone, so I can claim back what I use for work purposes. I never receive it regularly and have to call them to ask for it and everytime I do this I waste 30 min of my life. Firstly when I eventually get through to a person on the 111 number I am told that they cannot help me (15 min after explaining). I ask in future if I can have the direct number to skip this time wasting step - the answer is no. When I tell them to make their team leader/ manager aware that this does not make sense and they should improve their process, I get laughed at like I am making a joke. I get put through to the next department to explain the story. All the agents I have spoken to previously have promised they will fix the problem, everytime I do not believe them. When I started the contract with them, they spelt my surname incorrectly and now the tax invoice this month they have spelt my address incorrectly. When I ask them to correct this, I am told to take my ID to a Vodacom store to have this changed. Love the way I have to fix their mistakes and I also wasn't aware that I worked part time for them either. They see absolutely nothing wrong with the incredibly bad customer service I have received and sadly this has become the norm in South Africa in general.
