Shocking lack professionalism and custormer service
Zero Customer Care/Service. In 2 weeks vodacom Months of them billing us we pay and the query is about contract data that does not come through as per contract. They wont even clear up for ke what the agreement is Vodacom messenger is useless too will no supply my query reference nbr nor will they provide a supervisor name and number.. so they keep billing the client? Take their money? And dont honour customer or service? Shocking

The mind boggles 3 weeks and you cancel a query so i still sitting with the same issue of paying you and no data every month and nobody thinks 3 weeks with no answer yet is a problem with you customer service
