Shocking lack of response on a new application - Emergency Service!

After numerous trips to Vodacom Shop at Alberton City to transfer an existing Emergency Line into our company name I was told that the previous owners of the facility had outstanding accounts so we would not be able to complete the transfer...fair enough... but then I was given contact details to apply for this EMERGENCY line and a list of documents to submit...which I duly did on the 26/04/2016...I am still waiting for a reason or some kind of positive response as to why the account has not ben activated/ or rejected. I frequently contact the service person and I get responses of "I haven't heard from my manager yet" or "apologies I was off sick and I am catching up".... 2 months later and I am so grateful that I have made contingency plans for this EMERGENCY line...I could not image the disasters that would have occurred if I hadn't...anyway still waiting to see if Vodacom is interested in my business....and I am about to write a “Hello Peter” complaint to about MTN too…I wonder if Cell C wants my business…
