Shocking Findings (Repair Job No.***8)

<p>I am so shocked, I bought an Iphone 6 at Vodacom Cresta Shopping Centre two weeks ago. And it suddenly stopped working, I was told by the Consultant to take it to Vodacare Cresta as it was out of 7 days out of box factory fault. The phone was then booked by Vodacare on the 05/05/17 and I have received an SMS today 15/05/17 stating that it's ready for collection, little did I know that I am heading for drama. Vincent from Vodacare told me that my phone is there but not repaired because of a Generic LCD, this puzzled and shcoked me; I am concerned if Vodacom gave me a **** phone??? I refused to take it, all I need is a new Apple Certified Cellphone. I need a new phone ASAP, how can I have a generic lcd when my phone was only purchased on the 13/04/2017??? I will have to open a case against Vodacom, I do not need that phone anymore but a new certified phone. I am so disappointed and annoyed. I will not rest until I receive a new phone, I do not want to wait for another week for this to be resolved. I am losing a lot for not having a cellphone. I NEED ANSWERS ASAP!!!</p>
