Shocking experence with Vodacom

I have had enough of Vodacom. I have got 4 lines with them and over all the years dealing with the company I have given them hundreds of thousands of rands worth of business. My problems stated in November 2018 when I was charged for out of usage data bundles, in the sum of approximately R5 500. I then got my December, January, February account all with around about the same amounts. charged, I was at a loss as to what this was for, as once my data ran out I topped up with 20gbs of data costing me almost R1 000 at a time and I could top up at least 4 times a month each month. So I was paying my Vodacom bills plus top up amounts that I was doing and over and above this was now suddenly been billed for out of usage data running into thousands of rands. I took this up with Vodacom and after hours upon hours, trying to get help and clarification from them was told that they were willing to give me a once of goodwill gesture and they were willing to deduct part of the amount from my account. I advised them that this was not acceptable as I did not use out of data usage data and that they must prove to me that it was me that utilized the out of usage data which they could not do. They soft locked my phones leaving me no alternative but to come to an arrangement to pay the arears off in order for me to get my lines back on. I am now paying the said areas amount as I can not afford to be without my lines as this plays a big part in my business, I feel that I have been badly done in by Vodacom and should be reimbursed all the monies charged on my billing with regards to the out of usage data scenario. Vodacom does not understand how this has affected me in my business as well as my health as this has caused tremendous stress on me. After making an arrangement and sticking to my promise to pay they have now today soft locked my phone again as they have said that I have now gone over my credit limit with them. I went into the branch were I was told that it would take 24 hours for the service request to be attended to. This to me is totally unacceptable and I am now at my ends wits with Vodacom. I have got upgrades coming up and I have now decided to hell with Vodacom I am going to take my business elsewhere.
