SHOCKING CUSTOMERS SERVICE VODACOM!!

Disgusting customer service! I complained to hellopeter about the shocking customer service I received at Gateway mall vodacom, kzn. A vodacom representative phoned me 3 weeks ago and PROMISED she would get the gateway vodacom store manager to call me. I'm STILL waiting!! The day I received bad service, I left TWO messages for the gateway vodacom manager to call me. I'm STILL waiting!!! I upgrade in May this year. I will be moving my contract to MTN, and I will encourage my whole family to do the same!! Vodacom do NOT care about customers!!!
