SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE VODACOM!
Spoke to a lady at fibre cancellations, Shannon Mbonambi. She was unhelpful and rude! I would like a manager to listen to the call i had with her at 12.20pm on Tuesday 6th January 2026. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
