SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM VODACOM
I have been a customer of Vodacom for 20 years. I got a call from Vodacom (Rewards?) last week offering to change my package I am on. On the last day of the month I cannot make any calls or use my phone at all. I call Vodacom who put me through to their Rewards (?) department. I spoke to Clinton Pillay there who must be the worst customer service person I have ever spoken to. Could not help me at all. Said he would put a request through to get the contract reversed but it would take 24 hours for Vodacom to get back to me. Then he got ****y with me saying he couldn't help me as I was still talking to him. SHOCKING way to deal with a customer and I am now going to change service providers.
