Shocking customer service & fault repair

On Monday 15 Feb I reported a fault in my area (no internet connection & minimal cellphone coverage).
I explained that I am self employed and am unable to work due to this fault, and requested that the matter be treated with some urgency.
When I received no response, I reported the fault again on Tuesday.
A service technician called me a couple hours later and asked me to monitor the situation since there was no visible issue he could find with the tower.
When I had received no call back by the following morning, I called customer service again and reported the fault a third time.
I eventually spoke to the technician again on Wednesday afternoon, who told me that he would continue to investigate the matter. I have not heard back.
It is now Friday, I have still not heard back about the matter. I am also unable to contact Customer Support again since the service is telling me that I have \exceeded my monthly callcentre limit\"!!!

How can Vodacom treat its customers in such a way? I have lost a full week's worth of income because of this and have in fact been made unable to continue to query this situation with them, leaving me completely at Vodacom's mercy. This is BEYOND shocking."
