SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE #DISGUSTED!

I placed an order for Fibre to my home on the 13th of February, received a sales order number with confirmation to say that someone would be in contact with me to schedule a time for installation. Vumatel installed Fibre to my area last year and the box is outside my house already, so all I need is the account and connection to my house etc. 1 week later and I still hadn't received a call from anyone. I called Vumatel to follow up and was advised that there had been no order received from Vodacom. Vumatel searched under my sales order number, ID number and telephone number, then told me I'd need to make contact with Vodacom again. On the 20th of February I made contact with Vodacom again and was bounced back and forth between multiple call center agents who all say the same standard thing - "We will phone you back" (which never happens) - "We have escalated this" (however upon request they couldn't provide a reference number or to whom this was escalated to) - "We are operating within the policy" which means that I have to wait up to 21 days for installation where other service providers say they'll install within 3 days! I tried escalating to a call center manager and was told by all the call center agents that I cannot escalate above their heads and also cannot speak to their manager. I was also told that I couldn't have their managers details but later found out that their manager's name is Raeez Dh****y who apparently couldn't call me back either. Very frustrated with the lack of service from Vodacom, I posted on Vodacom's Facebook page and received a response to my post stating that they could only imagine my experience and assured me that it's not how they provide customer service on a daily basis and apologized for any frustration caused. They requested the sales order number, ID and contact number which I provided. A DAY LATER I received an email from Raeez Dh****y after I'd complained YET AGAIN on Facebook and he requested the same information I'd submitted the day before. He then called me to question how long I've been living at my residence because the box is apparently still assigned to the previous owner. I informed him that I have been at my current residence for many years and that the fibre was only installed last year so this claim was impossible, and he said he'd get right back to me. It's been 4 days since...still NO feedback from Vodacom. It has now been 2 weeks since my application for fibre and I would like someone to please get back to me. I am sick and tired of begging for customer service from a company who says this is not the way they provide customer service. It's either black or white - either you provide the service or you don't. Please let me know which one so I can either move forward or cancel all of my contracts all together and move to a company that actually DOES what they promise!
