Shocking Customer Service

I could write a manual on their useless customer service. I have a prepaid number that was rica'ed. I could not add this number to my profile for my contract number because it said the number belonged to someone else. I spent days trying to speak to a human being but good ol Tobi doesnt seem to understand when you ask to speak to a human being. then drove to a store. We discovered that the person who had my number previously had entered false information, no ID number, no Address, No correct name. So is there ***** within Vodacom that this is allowed? Days later i went to another store but since i only had my driver's licence they would not Rica me for a new number. Then went back a third time and the woman told me not to bother to get a new number because I would experience the same issue. I then asked her to download the Vodapay app. She couldnt download it. She had no idea how to resolve the issue. She then told me it is because I have a 3G phone. She told me i have to buy a 4G phone and then the Vodapay app would work. I went home, researched the issue and downloaded the app myself. Who are these customer service people trained by? Do they actually get any training? How about asking an associate when you dont know how to do something rather than sprouting **** at your customer.
