SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Absolutely shocking experience with Vodacom! I have been **** to by Vodacom Reginald Manyana. He has loaded a package that is nothing like what was discussed with me and I cannot get hold of him or anyone else to assist with rectifying it! I get bounced from one person to the next and I have NEVER been treated as badly as this before after being a Vodacom client for 25 YEARS!!!

After being contacted and assured that it would be sorted out I now receive another INCORRECT loading of a package that is NOT what was sold to me! As it is impossible to get through to anyone Senior at Vodacom, I have no choice but to once again resort to a further bad review! 25yrs of commitment as a loyal customer to Vodacom to realize I am communicating with a brick wall! Get someone to contact me URGENTLY
