Shocking Customer Service

After receiving these annoying calls from what the agents said was Vodacom, I was promised the earth fantastic deal of a life time and at the end on to discover it was NOT VODACOM BUT BUYMONDO, so I called Vodacom customer care and was put through to a cheeky, arrogant, rude, unhelpful, couldn't care less, should be fired female who firstly had never heard of BUYMONDO and put the phone down. On the second try got the same useless female who couldn't hear me to telling me to stop shouting. This shocking service from Vodacom is unacceptable. Who is buymondo and WHY DO THEY HAVE ALL MY PERSONAL DETAILS GIVEN TO THEY BY VODACOM. This is disgusting that your personal details are handed out to all and sundry including what appears to be a bunch of dodgers. ANYONE READING THIS REMEMBER THE NAME BUYMONDO and don't entertain any calls. As to vodacom you better jack yourselves up YOUR SERVICE IS SHOCKING.
