Shocking customer service

I am appalled with the service I have received from Vodacom. I have been a client for 15 years and as I am 1 month and a week I arrears due to unemployment o was completely hardlocked. I called in last month to inform Vodacom that I am unemployed and have been struggling for 6 months to find a position, whoever I spoke to did not make a note of that. I then called in today as I realized I am hardlocked and I was attended to by an incredibly rude agent at 1946. He kept on interrupting me talking over me, did not give me a chance to speak and voice my concern, he raised his voice and that is when I asked to speak to a supervisor, a lady by the name of Mampale Mamphisa the. Attended to me and was just as rude. She told me that I have no options with Vodacom and encouraged me to pay my outstanding bill and cancel. I am shocked that I have been a client for many many years and have always paid on time and this is how I am being treated. I also said I am going to ask for both calls to be drawn and listened which did not bother them. I want to know why I have been hardlocked straight away and why I was not softlocked for a period of time in order for me to be able to receive calls so I can find employment as my Vodacom number is registered on my CV. I know of many people that first get softlocked for a time period and only thereafter get hardlocked. I also asked to get put onto prepaid as a family memeber did this and I was told that I don't qualify as I don't have as many numbers as my family member. I find it unacceptable that I am treated like a ******** and that Vodacom have different rules and that there isn't a standard procedure for all clients. I need my line sorted as soon as possible, I want someone senior to contact me ASAP as I am going to go to social media if no solution is provided.
