Shocking customer service

I did an update online and what a problem it has been. My device got delivered which when I put it on it did not work. I called the next day to report this and was told it will be collected. 6 weeks later and numerous phone calls later I am still waiting for this collection. The upgrade has been activated but I am still waiting for a working device or even acknowledgement from Vodacom. Customer service is pathetic
