Shocking Customer Service

<p>I have tried 5 times to resolve my voice mail service which does not work - ever since Vodacom upgraded" their voice mail service which worked perfectly before, it now only informs me of the number of new messages i have but does not play them to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been a loyal customer for more than 12 years, I have been to the Vodacom stores twice, and i have reported in telephonically 3 times. References I have are 1- ********** ********** and 1- ********** ********** .</p> <p> </p> <p>Would anyone please help me!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
