Shocking Call Centre

On saturday 21/03 I called vodacom customer service to find out why they wont release my number to cell c, which i am trying to port to. The lady I got through was the most rude, apathetic person I have been on a phone with and to be completely honest I dont blame her, i blame the management of this call centre. You could tell she hated her job and hated pesky customers calling in a saturday.<br> I too work for a large organisation and with us the customer is no.1. The Cell C call centre is highly efficient, friendly and escalate problems quickly unlike the vodacom call cntre who just try to get the customer off the phone. I was also told there are NO managers at the call centre on weekends!? perhaps this is why your customers are having such bad experiences? My number has still not been released to cell c and so i wait.
