Shocking behavior

Vodacom. Absolutely shocking behaviour!! I went to the vodashop at Cape gate the one opposite checkers on 30 October 2020. I enquired about cancelation of my overseas sons account. She then went to ask a male person about my enquiry when he the next minute shouted at the tip of his voice "we don't do cancellations" I had also advised that a lady previously there had given me some direction, which the assistant must have told this rude man. This absolutely rude person then shouted loudly "Then phone Mandy and tell her not to advise people incorrectly" I then stepped forward and enquired why he was shouting so rudely at the person helping me and this in front of public. I asked his name and when she took a piece of paper so write it down he sarcastically said "and dont spell my name wrong" I asked who is this man to learn he apparently is the manager. His name is Ulirch Prins. I will never set foot again in that shop and will advise anyone I hear talk about Vodacom about this incident. How can you behave like that in front of clients?? How can you speak like that to a co worker who was just asking for direction?? If this is the way you treat your co workers then clients cannot expect to be treated any better. And then to be so arrogant when i ask his name. How did a person, so rude, get to be a manager!!
