Shocking Arrogance and rude Ignorance

Store Manager Aziza Cotzee is totally unqualified and rude<br> <br> Being a customer with 4 accounts/contacts since 12 years - knowing her ever since, I tried to turn for help to Aziza, because my phone was hacked, 1263 Rand airtime ******, and ******* SIM swap requested by gangsters.<br> <br> Not only did she not bother to help or assist in any way, she kept hiding in her office, playing computer games. I tried to contact her over and over ( 11 times within 8 hours!!!) , by phone, SMS and emails - all simply ignored. She was too busy doing nothing. This person must be removed from her position immediately, as she is unqualified and rude, as well as ******** and dishonest. I was assisted by an untrained employee who had no glue what he was doing and wasted forever there till someone unrelated but competent (Mr. Daniel) jumped in and helped finally, as he saw that nightmare and the stress<br> <br> I advise everyone to avoid the Parkade Mall Vodacom Store in Cape Town, as long as such people are in charge there- you will also run into a nightmare. An official complaint will be submitted by my lawyers , to the Vodacom headquarters in Johannesburg for further action. <br> <br> Dr. Michael Honsa
