Shocking and Unacceptable service from Vodacom_Part 2

I have had no no active Internet connection in my house for 2 weeks. Vodacom is aware of this as we firstly reported this issue on the morning of the of the 29/07/2025. I wrote a review on this unacceptable service on the 31 July 2025 here on hellopeter. The review I wrote is shown below as Part 1. What has been to date? Nothing, zero support to resolve the issue We still have the exact same issue we had on the 28 July 2025.. We have contacted Vodacom on numerous occasions to try and get to a resolution. Vodacom support told us a vodacom consultant by the name of Clint is working on this issue. He contacted us once and said they are waiting for Vumatel. When we requested to speak to him, we were told they only work on emails. We must keep sending him emails. He probably has a lot of issues and will get back to us. We have had 1 call a week from another gentlemen from Vodacom . He is following up on Review Part 1 below. He has assured us that this issue is being prioritized. How is this issue being prioritized if it has been open for 2 weeks without any resolution? If the consultant working on it has contacted only once on since the issue was logged? If we never get any updates on progress? The impact for me on this is I paid Vodacom for data on the 25 July 2025 (payday). I have not had the data I paid for. I work a lot from home. I have not been able to do this as a result. I have had to buy prepaid data at an additional cost to me to be able to work and have limited access to the internet. If Vodacom genuinely cares about customer service, Why are they not proving prepaid data to me until this issue is resolved? Why do I have to pay twice to try and have some form if internet? Shocking and it continues. I hope we wont have part 3 and this will be resolved soonest.

Shocking and Unacceptable service from Vodacom_Part 1 Shocking customer service from Vodacom Service provider for Home WIFI. Our home WIFI stopped working on 28/07/2025. on the morning of the 29/07/2025, We called Vodacom customer service to advise of the issue. A very rude contact centre consultant calls me around 14:00, 29/07/2025. She firstly asks me why I did not call them on the issue we raised to follow-up. Was I waiting for them to call me? She then tries to help us, tells us to switch on and off the Fibre, no solution. She then tells us that there is an outage in our area, there is nothing she can do about. The Technicians in the area are working on resolving the issue. We trust this and wait. We keep on trying the wifi now and again, issue not resolved. We realise that too much time has elapsed and no solution. We call Vodacom today 31/07/2025. The first consultant called at 16:07. She said she will call again to try and assist us but never calls again. We call Vodacom again and we speak to another consultant. The consultant sounds like the rude consultant from Tuesday. She tries to help again to no avail. We spent about 35 minutes on the call. She eventually tells us the server is down she can't help. She gives us ticket number SR**********99. She tells us we will be assisted with 24hrs to 48hrs. She does not even explain what kind of assistance she is referring to? will a technician be coming through to resolve this issue? does she mean our issue will be on the quee for assigning someone to assist? I tell her that but we raised this issue on Tuesday. She tells me there is no ticket in the system that was logged so this is a new issue? Mind you we have been waiting for helping since Tuesday? on the advice of her? Who was suppose to log the call on tuesday, me, the customer? I am extremely disappointed with Vodacom Service. its the second time I experience this shocking service....I guess the customer does not matter to Vodacom..as long as you pay every month...thats all Vodacom cares about.
