Shocking and Disgusting Customer Service

I had a meeting with a Vodacom representative on 15th August 2019 regarding our business contract. There were numbers that we wanted to cancel and a few that we wanted to upgrade. After our discussion I sent through an e-mail confirming the changes that needed to be made on 1 September 2019.

When I received our August invoice, some of the subscriptions charges had almost doubled. I then e-mailed the representative, on 6 September 2019, and asked for feedback regarding the changes in these subscription charges. I received a read receipt to this e-mail on 7 October 2019. I contacted the representative telephonically and he advised that his colleague was supposed to get back to me with feedback.

I have now tried calling Vodacom telephonically on *** to find someone the can assist with this and I hung up after holding for more half an hour.

Our company is still paying for contracts that we cancelled a month ago, the subscriptions have increased and the upgrades still have not been made.

The upgrades that were requested in August still have not been done and I still have no feedback
