Shocking and *********
A month later and still the new line Vodacom took out for me instead of upgrading me has not been cancelled. Call centre agents promise to phone back and never do. Supervisors offer to email me back and never do. The phone has been returned yet you apparently have no record of it. Disgusting service. My last hello peter response said someone will phone me-never happened.
