shocking

I recently ended my contract with Vodacom. Apparently my bank didn't allow a transaction through so when this matter was brought to my attention I paid the outstanding amount and produced bank statements that there was moneys in my account. Now Vodacom is harassing me for R101.98 . When I tried to resolve the matter I was given an email address that never existed!! Are Vodacom head in the same direction as MTN??
