Shocking 4 Month service from Vodacom Business
Tried to apply for Business contracts for Our Company. Waited 3 months, only to be told the person is not working anymore. Then sent all details to new Consultant and waited another three weeks. When I enquired for the fourth time, after leaving messages and not receiving feedback, I was told our Director was on ITC. We downloaded the ITC report, and he was in perfect Credit health. (Shocking). Then enquired and sent them the report, but still no reply after threatening that we will go to another supplier.
Would recommend going to everyone else, but Vodacom.
