Shocking

Can someone explain if vodacom forensic department is ****ioning , I reported a manager who made an upgrade on my name a year ago till today vodacom arrested the guy and continued debiting my account, I try to call the forensic department no one bothers to retain or answer calls. After numerous attempts to get help from vodacom I decided to stop the debit order shocking enough they started calling harassing me that my account was in arrears, can someone explain to ne what kind of investigation that takes two years , can I be refunded my money that was deducted from my account. The manager is almost finishing his term in prison but you guys are still deducting my money. Can your forensic team explain to me on why it took them one week to arrest the guy and took them almost 2 years to resolve my problem, is it because I'm black? ????,
