SHOCKING

I Placed an order on Monday, of which YOUR system cancelled it. It was replaced after i followed up on Wednesday and still i get no satisfaction from anyone i talk to, Lindy the consultant doesn't deserve to work in sales as she is terrible with stocking to her word and cant follow up on her orders< the manager i spoke to about 3-4 hours ago after being told my query would be escalated, Im still waiting yet another 20-30 min holding for a consultant to again give no assistance.Instead just wait 48 HRS, you should take some notes from companies like take a lot! It is really frustrating to deal with such miserable unhelpful staff

seriously for such a big establishment its very disappointing!
