SHOCKING

On the 16th July 2016 my husband passed away. I tried to cancel his contract with VODOCOM even sending a death certificate. My phones were blocked as his bank account had been frozen and the debit order couldn't go through. On the 8.8.2016 I paid them the full amount outstanding R887.67 in cash. I have no had any use of this money. I have spent a further R8787.00 on pay you go, plus Internet bundels all of which have been paid in the R887.67 amount. I have been trying to get my old number back as their are people trying to get hold of me to sign some document or the other. Lee, the lady from Vodocom Savannah cente in Polokwane has spent hours, literally hours, on the phone to her head office with no solution
