shockiing

So today is my 3rd time at a Vodacom shop - I have been trying to change my contract and open a new contract - no one seems to understand what I want and the people who are helping me keep making excuses, Vodacom keeps offering deals they can't actually give - this is the second time I am complaint about the same issue , yet Vodacom has done nothing to help me , honestly it is really pathetic!
