Shocked after being discriminated against by Vodacom Repairs TygerVally mall

Over the long weekend my phone started to misbehave and after a restart I came too the daunting conclusion that my precious phone (as it is our live line to work and family, be it for personal, work or even in case of emergency) needs to go in for repairs, I didn't feel to bad as I planned to take it to my nearest Vodacom Repairs store @ TygerVally Mall ( Supposed to be the experts & Leaders in Phone Repairs ) as my phone is still under warranty being about 8 months old.

Upon my arrival and after explaining my problem to the lady booking in my phone (Valita) she said my phone repair could take up to 14 working days ( 3 weeks ) and when I asked If they have a loan unit that I could use in the meantime while my phone is in for repairs her reply was that they don't have loan units for the package I am on and only have units for the VIP and expensive call packages. Now I don't have a massive call package but my phone is one of the top class models costing at or over R15000 depending where you buy it. My wife and I have multiple Vodacom lines but clearly that doesn't matter. After asking for the Manager of the store I was informed that there was no manager at the store and I could wait for the sales Supervisor as Valita is the Repairs Supervisor and clearly weren't of any assistance other that booking my phone in and not being able to provide a loan unit ( even a cheapie phone as i didn't have anything else and would be without n phone for 3 weeks possibly, having a small toddler and Pregnant wife, the idea of not being reachable if any of them might have an Emergency is not a pleasant thought) I was Forced to accept the fact that I have been discriminated against by Vodacom and because I am not a BIG spender have had to go and purchase a phone to use while my phone is being repaired.

This has truly been the worst I have ever felt after leaving a Vodacom store.

Reviewer Update
Just a update, On Monday I submitted HelloPeter complaint, Tuesday I had no feedback and emailed Xoliswa Matele (Executive Client Liaison Officer @ CEO office) got a response stating she would be in touch, and I am still waiting. On Wednesday I phoned Customer care help line and logged a complaint once again, still on Thursday morning I have had no further correspondence from Vodacom what so ever. Shocked !!! as it looks like a major company like Vodacom doesn't care about the Normal client, nor do they attempt to rectify my problem. How far must I go to get their attention? should I get a massive billboard next to busy road stating their poor customer service level like a incident where a unhappy CellC client did just that?
