I did an online upgrade. They sent the phone with RAM couriers who are the worst couriers I have ever encountered. They made no effort to deliver the phone and sent it back to the warehouse. Vodacom said they would contact the warehouse to see if the phone arrived there. 3 weeks went by and no response from vodacom
I contacted them again and they tell me that the upgrade has been cancelled They used to be good but the service level is very bad! I will be cancelling my current contract with them as there is a recurring data bundle on it that's impossible to remove
They intentionally make it difficult to cancel stuff
