**** Webpage and cellphone app

Vodacom, with an annual turn over in the billions, one would think you guys would have an amazing Webpage hahaha, nope webpage is useless i keep getting errors when trying to buy data and now im getting this error (Unfortunately we are having technical issues and are working to resolve these as soon as possible. Please try again later.) been like this for about a week now. How do you expect YOUR customers to use a **** webpage like that. Cant buy data, cant view my profile on the site because of this error, obviously you guys cant fix a simple webpage. and for the cellphone app, it keeps crashing same ****, i cant view my profile nothing. a very sly way of hiding the THEFT that is going on hey with peoples accounts and PRICE increases during a Signed contract period.
