Vodacom is the most frustrating company to deal with. You keep spending money left right and centre in order to get data. It's been ONE YEAR of ongoing struggle JUST to load DATA. I have been reporting this problem over and over but yet I have to phone go through ALL there **** long call recorders and promotional deals before I can actually do what I wanted to do! This after 10 min of nonsense talk! Then when you actually are though they tell you OH sorry sir let me transfer you to the right department! *** I have called the SAME NO for a year! Now I!!! Am at the wrong department ! Your service sucks and you keep charging the clients like you are GOD. I am defiantly getting independent investors to start a company and give them a run for there money! Mark my words !
