Hi i bought a vodacom tab 3 3g end november start december at akermans traderoute mall the one vodacom is advertising for R999 , this past weekend someone tried to grab and run with the tab i was on gaurd but it fell screen damage now thinking o well let me year what vodacom can assist me with went to traderoute akermans they refered me to vodacom went to the one in campas square the guy there explained that the warrenty wont cover the damage and i should take the phone to cresta repair centre i asked him for the number *** spoke to a coloured girl there she refered me to *** where the lady there told me that vodacom does not have spares for there own product so theres nothing they can do i asked her so i must through the tab away she said yes thats the kind of service one recieves , i had a contract with vodacom still waiting my refund
